Remarkably it's healing really quickly. The finger nail is a little tender to touch, but it looks like I've left a bit of old nail varnish on. (If only I had the time for such luxuries). Jackie, I managed to email a potential accountant today, so fingers crossed, and completed part of the sort out of the house. Still lots to do though, but felt more relaxed about things tonight.
