Nomination Time

Before I get into my next post,  I have chosen who to pass on a nomination to for the ‘Nice Matters Award’.  When I read back on the site that gives out the award the originator Genevieve Olsen had given out 7 in one go.

To remind you the award is for . . 

 . . those that are just nice people, good blog friends and those that inspire good feelings and inspiration! Those that care about others that are there to lend support or those that are just a positive influence in our blogging world!

I therefore thought Genevieve Olsen wouldn’t mind if I handed out two of the awards.  The first nomination has to go to Anne Brooke who has been one of my longest blogging buddies and always gives out good advice. 

I wish I had half of Anne’s nous and no nonsense approach for many situations.  And Anne is certainly a positive influence in the blogging world.  If you’ve never read any of her blogs, get over there now!  And if you have read her blogs then you’ll know what I mean.  Sharp witted, funny and very entertaining.  Her writing makes every day seem exciting.

Plus she’s a really good author.  Have I ever mentioned Pink Champagne and Apple Juice!  Check it out. (Or have a sneak look at Pink Chit Chat.)

My second nomination goes to A Place for Everything written by Misslionheart.  Her mix of funny and practical posts definitely inspire and she has also been a great supporter even keeping me company on-line late at night when most people are tucked up in bed.

So to both of you thanks for being such good bloggers, well deserved.
