It's not complex, I think it's a waste of time that's all.  Would you read two pages then analyse what you've read?

For me it takes the fun out of reading.  Commenting on a whole book I can understand.</description>

		<description>I am not understanding of this complex situation. So how can writing a comment about part of a book that you have read be out of context?
You read a bit of a book and then you write about what you read. I would have thought that a) it showed that a child had read abook and b) that a child had some understanding about what he had read.  So then if that child has good comprehension skills they write a solid comment that floors the teacher it is still then fulfilling class requirements and shows that the student is advancing in his reading and comprehension skills!</description>
