Not sure if it ended how I was expecting and therefore not sure if I’m satisfied. That said, it still had good twists and turns, great humour, suberb acting (David singing is a highlight) and ends with a potential new story.

Psychoville – the penultimate episode has almost brought the characters together at Ravenshill Hospital.
Joy has kidnapped Nicola (who conspired with her husband last week to scare her) taken her to Ravenshill and is using her to give Freddie a blood transfusion.

Joy Aston, if you haven’t already heard about her is the ‘nightmare’ midwife from the cult series Psychoville. Joy has become a bit of phenomena since the series started.
Joy believes in being truthful to parents about what actually happens during childbirth. She doesn’t wrap it up in tissue paper and is definitely not all sweetness and light.

The writing in this series is so clever. Some of the episodes are a little bit scary and last night was no exception.
Still thinking David has committed a real murder, his mother is encouraging him to dispose of all the ‘witnesses’ who are in fact the other actors from the murder mystery where David did his ‘bad murder’.

Psychoville – a chilling comedy from BBC 2. I stumbled upon Psychoville by accident and was intrigued by this BBC show.
Written by Steve Pemberton and Reece Shearsmith, League of Gentlemen fame.
